Store in the fridge for up to one week. Keep in a sealed container in filtered water (if you don't have filtered water - boil and cool tap water). Change water daily to keep fresh.



Cube into useable portions, flash freeze for 1-2 hours on a tray, then transfer to airtight container in your freezer.

Use it up!

Pre-frozen tofu actually absorbs marinades better! It also makes it chewier, so use for kebabs or fry / bake and use for salads, stirfries and grain bowls.
