A to Z of Food Storage

Corn

Best Storage:

Fridge

Keep corn in its husk to keep it fresher for longer. If the husk is already removed, wrap in a beeswax wrapper or pop it in a paper-towel-lined airtight container in your fridge. Eat sooner rather than later.

Freezer?

Yes

Blanch for 2-3 minutes. Cool in ice water then pat dry. Once cool remove kernels (optional) and place in an airtight container for freezing.

Use it up!
