Keep in its original container in the fridge. If it becomes watery due to the whey separating, simply mix to thicken again.



If you have a larger amount of yoghurt to freeze, portion it in smaller containers or ice cube trays to easily remove what you need to use.

Use it up!

Once defrosted, yoghurt consistency won’t be the same so use it in smoothies or for cooking.
