If whole, place on cardboard upside down (with stalk on cardboard) and keep in a cool place. If cut - remove seeds and wrap in beeswax wrap in your fridge.

To freeze, firstly bake pumpkin in the oven or boil, then divide into meal portions and put into freezer containers - label, date and freeze.
