Fridge

Keep them dry and wash just before using. Store in an airtight container. Once cut, wrap them in a beeswax wrapper or paper towel and keep in an airtight container in your fridge.

Freezer?

Yes

To freeze, first wash and deseed. Pat completely dry and cut into sizes depending on what you plan to use them for. Flash freeze on baking paper lined tray then transfer to freezer safe container.
