Fridge or freezer

Keep in original packaging or in an airtight / waterproof container in the bottom / coldest section of your fridge. Note: Beeswax wrappers are not recommended for use with meat.

Freezer?

Yes

To freeze, keep meat in an airtight container or its original packaging. Be sure to firsty split it into meal portions so you only need to defrost what is required.

Use it up!
