Fridge or freezer

Dedicate a section in your fridge or freezer to leftovers so they are not forgotten. Store in clear containers so its easy to see what's inside and label these with what it is, when it was cooked and when stored. As a rule, try use leftovers in the fridge within 2 days. If you cant, separate them into meal portions, label and pop into the freezer.



As a rule, try to use up any frozen leftovers within two months.
