Best Storage:

Fridge

Can be kept at room temp however will last longer in the fridge.
Keep in original box to stop smells of other foods affecting your eggs. (Eggs are porous and therefore absorb smells)

Freezer?

Yes

If you have eggs approaching their use-by date freeze them, but make sure you remove the shell first! Crack separate eggs into small containers or whisk up portion batches. Place into containers and freeze. Once defrosted, use in cooking.

Use it up!

Use them up in quiches or frittatas, which are also a great way to use up leftover vegetables, meats and pasta. These dishes can be made ahead of time and frozen for future meals.
