Hummus can be frozen in an airtight container - just remove a little from the top for expansion and when ready to use again, defrost it in the fridge. Once defrosted, stir to re-combine. Dips with a high water content such as Tzatziki don’t freeze well.

Use it up!

Got leftover dips? Use as a pasta sauce or sandwich spread. Thin dips with lemon juice or vinegar to use as a salad dressing or sauce. Salsa-type dips can be added to stews and soups for added flavour.
